Dell EMC (APJ) - (Australia Day - BB Urban Challenge)

This was the first Beyond Boundaries team building program taken from Sri Lanka to another country. Held on the 26th and 27th of January in Cairns Australia, to a group of more than 100 participants, the BB Urban Challenge is about exploring and tackling tasks with available resources which pushes participants to think outside the box while working with unity and create team spirit. The initiative by the company was also a CSR initiative where the participants had the chance to bond and collaborate in order to get through the challenge while making memories.
